“Friendly Fire” Response from Kelly Kang

[Update 9/17/09 - I've posted my rebuttal on Kelly's post]

I’m not going to comment thoroughly on this yet, but it seems like a fairly direct response from Kelly about any criticisms against Gracepoint – most likely referring to blogs such as this that reveal the spiritual abuse that we assert she and her husband Pastor Ed are committing.

“Getting Busy for God”

In essence, she is stating that since good works are happening at Gracepoint, any critics are like the wicked Pharisees.

I’ll reiterate again, this blog is to:

1. Warn people so that they would not be spiritually abused by attending Gracepoint.
2. Provide validation to people currently being spiritually abused at Gracepoint.
3. Reveal truths of the leaders, for which they should clearly repent.

Good deeds do not offset the need for repentance, does it? But according to Kelly’s blog, she seems to imply that.

If she and Pastor Ed were NOT commiting any spiritual abuse, there is no need for blogs such as this.

Eph 5:11 “Have nothing to do with the fruitless deeds of darkness, but rather expose them.”
