All other sites seem to be down

It seems like all the other blogs and websites, including Gracepoint is Dangerous, are down. I know some were taken down by the authors, and some seemed to be hacked. If any of the authors are reading this blog, kindly let us know why you decided to take down/no longer maintain your blog?

Anyway, if you are an ex Berklander or an ex Gracepoint attender, I encourage you to browse through the posts.

  1. i haven't visited an "ex-berkland" site in many years. my blog (maybe one of the first "ex" blogs) was hacked and taken down.

i believe berkland & gracepoint are still as dysfunctional and destructive as ever -- and i hope people find answers or at least some direction through the content you've saved here.

    thanks!

    2. because i left GP and I was devastated. Some of the meanest and most harsh people I have ever been around. Just a simple email would suffice. No scamming I promise. sk1nnyzebra can vouch for me.

  3. Did you get any responses? This website has great info, I hope you have the articles saved somewhere in case your site gets hacked too. This needs to be in the internet for anyone searching for answers or wanting to leave Gracepoint. Thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts and experiences! Blessings and peace.

  4. As someone that left a little over a year ago, I can attest that yes indeed, the church is still dysfunctional, and still destructive. At first I was okay, and after about 4 months I started realizing the fullness of just how much I had bought into while I was there, and how much I was still scarred and angered by it. It took another 4 months for me to come to terms with most of that anger.

If anyone needs someone to talk to, send me an email at gracepoint.reject at gmail dot com.

    1. Hi John, it's been a while and I'd like my email to be removed. Thanks,

  6. I'd like to echo the same sentiments as the above comments. The blogs were a good reminder that I wasn't alone when I decided to leave. However the real recovery happened when I stopped reading these blogs, or even thinking about gracepoint at all. Recovery happens when you move forward and stop looking at the past. However, it's necessary for these blogs to stay up, because there will be many more kids who may need to see this information in the future.

  7. Thank you, AnonJan16. Though the blogs helped me in the beginning, my true recovery was also realized when my frequency of browsing these blogs dwindled from almost daily to barely once a year :)
